Volunteer tutors help adults learn to read, write, and use computer technology at our five Learning Centers located in neighborhood libraries and the Central Library.

The EJIC, located on the Second Floor balcony of the Central Library, is a free service for job hunters, career changers, and students of all ages. The center is open whenever the library is open.

For new Americans and others whose first language is not English, the Library provides free ESOL materials, classes, and conversation groups.
