**This program takes place at PS 130 across from the Windsor Terrace Library.**
Entrance will be through the school yard (East 5th Street & Ft. Hamilton Parkway).
Dancercise with Akwesi is back! Join us for this exercise workshop. While listening to soothing tunes, you will be guided to light movement, stretching, strengthening, breath-work, and self-massage techniques.
