BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!  Camille Newman-Alleyne, first place winner of the 2010 PowerUP! Business Plan Competition and many pitch competitions, returns for Perfecting Your Pitch-Part 2.

In our first pitch workshop we crafted one sentence and 60 second elevator pitches. We will build on those fundamental skills to develop a 2-3 minute pitch for competitions and startup investors. You’ll learn how to craft your pitch to include your company's unique selling proposition, industry analysis, and other techniques to ignite interest in your business. Attendees will have an opportunity to pitch their business live and receive feedback from participants.

A great pitch can lead to endless possibilities – including winning money for your business!

Presented in partnership with the Women's Business Center at Local Development Corporation of East NY.

BPL’s Business & Career Center is generously supported by Dime Community Bank, Lead Funder of the PowerUP! Business Plan Competition, Dr. Beverly S. Jacobs, Ridgewood Savings Bank, Con Edison, ReferenceUSA, Elizabeth Crowell & Robert Wilson and Signature Bank.
