One-on-One Assistance

Get free one-on-one resume help, education and career advice, interviewing prep, LinkedIn profile tips, and more with help from a Job Information Resource Librarian. We provide Resume & Career Help multiple days a week at several branch locations. Please note that these days and times are subject to occasional changes. Call the branch go to our events calendar to confirm the times listed in the link above.

Meet with experienced mentors from SCORE for free, personalized business advice. Book an appointment at the Central Library by going to SCORE NYC and selecting "Request a Mentor." SCORE mentors are available at the Central Library in the Information Commons on:

  • Mondays from 10:00AM to 2:00PM
  • Tuesdays from 5:00PM to 7:00PM
  • Wednesdays from 10:00AM to 2:00PM
