Recording & Mixing Hip Hop

Over two hours, learn how to arrange and mix a contemporary hip hop song. We'll also give a quick demonstration of how a recording session is run, making it easy to apply what we've learned towards your own tracks.
This workshop takes place in the recording studio, so space is limited.
Tom MacLean is a recording engineer and producer from Brooklyn, NY. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, Tom moved to New York and began working in all facets of audio from assisting at Electric Lady Studios, to freelance engineering, and finally audiobook project management. Currently he is working with rapper Consequence (Kanye West, A Tribe Called Quest) on his forthcoming album.
