You are the gym. This workout incorporates full body circuit training using bodyweight calisthenics and resistance bands. Here, we will simulate functional movements such as squatting, lunging, pulling, and pushing. You will benefit with a stronger core and overall strength making day to day activities easier. 

 

Tools needed: Flexible exercise clothes/shoes, lots of water, an open mind, and patience with yourself.
